How can I rent a desk at Garage Coworking Valencia?
It's as easy as clicking Book your desk: our manager will contact you to advise you about the space so you can choose the desk you like most. You can also click Guided tour and our team will give you a personal tour of the space and tell you all about the coworking
How do I check in at the coworking space?
Once our team has shown you the space, you just need to fill in a form at the coworking reception or by email with all your details. To access the space we will ask you for a deposit equal to the desk price, which is returned in full when your stay at Garage Coworking ends.
Can I work on weekends?
Of course! At Garage Coworking Valencia fixed desks have independent access 24h, 365 days a year. You can come to work on weekends, public holidays and any day you like. The coworking reception doesn't need to be open for you to access the space. We want you to feel the office is your own, so you have complete freedom of access.
Do I have to clear my belongings every day?
No! Fixed desks don't rotate: you choose your desk when you join and nobody else will sit there, it's only yours. You can leave your computer, screens or any decoration you like. Garage Coworking Valencia has a large number of fixed desks, and many coworkers have been with us for years.
How do I access the coworking space?
Fixed desks have their own (digital) key: with an app on your phone you can open the space and come in whenever you need. Access is 24h, so come whenever you want. Our spaces have private security, an alarm and security cameras.
Can I rent an extra monitor?
Of course, we have Full HD monitors you can use whenever you need. Monitor rental is €5 per day per monitor, for as long as you need, subject to stock availability.
Is the meeting room included in the price?
For fixed desks, access to and booking of the meeting room is unlimited and free. We invite you to our Google Calendar, where you can check availability and book the meeting room for free as often as you need.
Can I have visitors at the coworking space?
Of course! At Garage Coworking Valencia you can invite clients, colleagues or any visitor you need. Your visitors can also work with you in the space at a reduced price of €15 per day; just let our team know so they can assign a suitable space, subject to availability.
